12 years experience in closing property transactions combined with our sole focus on closing real estate and loan closings allow my office to provide you with detail and information you need to close on your new loan or equity line fully equipped with the tools you need to understand your transaction and with consideration of your time schedule. We try to schedule your closing at your convenience to least affect your schedule, and we work diligently in advance of closing to make sure that you have all the necessary information up-front so that on the actual day of closing, there are no surprises. We stay true to our strong commitment to accuracy. This means that we make sure the process is completed correctly. We utilize a checks and balances system for each step of the closing process to ensure that the work is completed correctly. We are also constantly reviewing and monitoring the way in which we handle a closing to make sure that it is the best process to meet all of the principals upon which we have built this practice. We train regularly on how to prepare for a successful closing which relates to anticipating potential pitfalls and working those out in advance and we stay on top of technological advancements that can assist in making our office more efficient and more prepared to offer the client better service.
