If special services are required, additional fees may be collected. Examples include preparation of a specific power of attorney for a borrower or property owner who is unable to attend closing, the de-titling of a mobile home title required by lender or representation of the buyer when purchasing a foreclosed home from a lender. Express Mail Fee (loan package) $50
Copy and 10 year file retention fee $65
Title Examination Fee (note the time to search for each property varies with the difficulty of the examination. Typically the fee is $232.50 with final update and record fee of $75.00) $232.50/75.00 est.
Document Preparation Fee $150
Online Recording Fee $4.75 per document

  • Second mortgage closed with first mortgage – no title insurance (Add binder fee of $175.00 and premium if insurance required) - $250.00
  • Second mortgage copy and file retention fee - $35.00
  • Second mortgage express mail fee for loan package if applicable - $35.00
  • Mobile home de-title attorney fee - $475.00
  • Specific Power of Attorney - $150.00
  • Subordination preparation/coordination-$125.00
  • Representation of buyer in purchasing foreclosed property from lender. -$475.00-$525.00.00
