Our office will be working with the buyer(s) in the purchase of
your property. We look forward to working with you in completing
this transaction. To assure a smooth and timely transaction, we will
need certain information regarding homeowners' association dues,
mortgage payoffs and other relevant information. A detailed form is

Due to lender privacy restrictions, we are not capable of obtaining
your current mortgage payoffs without a signed authorization form.

Note that our site is secure and information provided is purged
weekly from the system.
Please bring to closing a valid driver's license for identification
purposes for the notary public. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO ATTEND
CLOSING, PLEASE NOTIFY OUR OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You may
either execute a power of attorney or sign the documents prepared
for you in advance.
We typically prepare the deed and lien waiver on your behalf;
however, you will need to obtain separate counsel in advance of
closing if you believe you need legal advice regarding the closing.
