Utilizing 30 years of experience in closing property transactions, my office educates you as you move through the closing process. The closing process may often seem streamlined, and as if the process unfolds before you. There are, however, many times when additional steps are necessary in the closing process. I have developed policies, informational forms, checklists, and proofing registers to allow for early detention of potential closing issues. I have trained my assistants to listen carefully to anticipate or look for ways in which we can use our knowledge to educate the you and prepare you for closing process.
