Stephanie McCormick serves as our Client Coordinator. She works hand-in-hand with the purchaser, seller, agents and lenders to coordinate the closing with our office. Each closing transaction in our office is assigned an on-line 14-point tracking list which each team member refers and works from as the file moves to closing. With over 15 years experience in residential real estate, Stephanie is able to identify additional tracking items depending upon the circumstances of the parties and the property. She is trained to listen carefully and be alert as to situations we can use our experience to keep the closing on-schedule.
