Susan Oates serves as our Lead Closer. She has over 26 years of experience in assisting in real estate closings in North and South Carolina. Susan has worked the closing file from opening the file, to title work to closing. She now is our lead closer and works with lenders and real estate agents to balance the closing disclosure and settlement statements. Her dedicated focus to this one area and her vast experience allow for expedited and accurate review of the numbers and release of the closing statements.
