Privacy Policy
Our approach to privacy
Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) generally prohibits any financial institution, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a nonaffiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as the type of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the GLBA, we are providing you with this privacy disclosure, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Tracey Reynolds and Saint John’s Titles, Incorporated.

We collect personal information when we provide our services to you, or a client requires us to collect information on their behalf. We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Notice, no additional nonpublic personal information will be collected about you.
How we use and disclose your information
WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WITH ANYONE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BY LAW.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Security
We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures, including restricting physical access to our offices, and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorized use or disclosure. However, please note that email is not secure. Please do not email any personal information to our office. You may fax or submit on-line application.
Access
You have a right to access personal information we hold about you. Please contact our office to ask for access to your information.

Very occasionally, and despite our best efforts, typographical errors may appear on our site. Your help in notifying us about them is appreciated. Please email and inform us about them.
