Karen Dugan is our Office Administrator and supports all areas of the closing process. With over 12 years experience in residential real estate closings and as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, she assist in clearing title defeats and issuance of final title policies. Karen also has an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Degree from Pidemont Community College.
