Korrinda Bowne serves as our Post-Closing Support team member. She prepares lender packages for closing and assist the closing attorney in obtaining funding approval. Each closing is assigned a post-closer to work closely with the attorney allowing for the attorney to focus on the buyer’s and seller’s understanding of the closing documents. She prepares the deed and other closing documents for recording and assist in the final funding of the transaction.
