Ivy Strickland is our Pre-Closing Administrator. Ivey works alongside Tracey in the review and completion of title. She communicates with the lender to provide timely pre-closing title work. Our goal is to release title documentation to the lender 10-15 days prior to the closing date. Ivey’s attention to detail and high level of training ensures title defects are addressed early in the process and our purchaser is well-informed.
