Examples include the preparation of a specific power of attorney for a borrower or property owner who is unable to attend closing or the de-titling of a mobile home title required by lender. The collection of these fees will be disclosed and discussed with you prior to performance of the service. We look forward to talking with you about your closing transaction.

If you are a returning client and closing on the same property, discounts are provided. *Please note that if the customer is a returning client and closing on the same property, you will receive discounts on the attorney fee, title exam and title insurance premium if required.
