Christe Allison is our Post-Closing Administrator. With over 23 years experience in real estate, she also serves as our Operations Administrator. She oversees and supervises the post-closing department of three team members. Post-closing department members prepare the loan package for funding approval, insures the funds are collected correctly and prepares fund releases to include wire transfers. Christe along with Tracey also oversees the daily reconciliation of our North and South Carolina trust accounts and monitors our Pro-Clear function for any check presented for payment of our trust accounts. She, along with Tracey, created and monitors over 8 user defined alerts on our accounts daily.
