There is no mystery to good client service. Our main objective and the philosophy on which we have built this practice on is to serve clients as we expect to be served.

Knowledge not only of the legal process or laws relating to real estate transactions, but also of how this affects our clients practically - EXPERIENCE.
Communication
By providing our clients with complete knowledge surrounding the transaction from the results of our title examination to the review of inspections, the client is in control of his or her decisions and can make well-informed decisions.
Recognizing What is Important
We realize the key to providing the ultimate service for our clients is to first listen to them, and then determine the end goal to be reached and all the particulars that are important to our client. Each transaction and each client is different. We then make sure the results of our investigation and work are communicated properly to the client thereby allowing our office and the client to make sure that all objectives are met.
Access
By contacting the client with advice to assist with the process from determining if a new survey is necessary to purchasing title insurance to advising the client upfront of pitfalls that may frustrate the closing process, our clients have easy access to us and the staff's experience and knowledge.
We are involved in every step of the process and are easily available to our clients. We also meet separately with the purchasers to go through their documents and answer questions outside of the presence of the seller to allow the purchaser to freely and confidentially ask questions regarding the loan or closing process. This is very helpful as well for first time buyers as they are more comfortable asking questions when not in the presence of experienced sellers.
Time and Money
We constantly review the office process and fees to ensure we are providing service in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The entire team values our client's time and are ready when the client arrives and work hard to schedule the transaction at the best time for the client.
Strong Commitment to Accuracy
Making sure the process is completed correctly is the core of what we do. We have checks and balances for each step of the closing process to ensure the work that is completed for our clients is completed correctly. We are constantly reviewing and monitoring the way in which we handle a closing to make ensure it is the best process to meet all of the principals upon which the practice has been built.
